Beyond in love with the entire process! I took my 15-month-old daughter to get her ears pierced, and from the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was fun and inviting. My daughter was captivated by the place, with its vibrant colors and unique art pieces displayed throughout. The process was super fast, and my daughter only cried for about 1½ minutes, mainly because she doesn't like being held too tight (which was necessary during the procedure). Jenn and the young tattoo artist who works there were both extremely patient and sweet with my baby girl. There was minimal bleeding and no redness after the piercings. The following day, there were no complications whatsoever – no discharge, redness, or crust around the piercings. My daughter never pulled on her earrings or ears, nor complained about pain or showed any discomfort. I absolutely love my daughter's ear piercings, and she loves having little earrings just like me. Highly satisfied and would definitely recommend them!

I got my ear re-pierced after it closed a few years ago. I was so nervous and Jen was so nice and encouraging. AMAZING experience. Will come back!!

I brought both of my teenage daughters here for ear piercings. It was a great experience. Jenn is professional and really puts my girls at ease. The studio is clean and wonderfully decorated. We will definitely be back!
